We’re looking for a creative and highly organised Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of social media content and marketing campaigns across several of our clients. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently while collaborating effectively as part of a small team, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and develop new skills.

This is a flexible, home-based role, starting at 8-10 hours per week. with training and monthly in-person meetings in High Wycombe, Bucks.

What you’ll do:

Create, edit and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook); create marketing content (blogs, case studies, newsletters, website copy); monitor engagement; track/report performance; assist campaign planning and coordination; maintain calendars, files and documentation

You’ll suit this role if you have:

Strong communication skills, great organisation and attention to detail, and an interest in social media/digital marketing (Reels/video editing, Canva/email tools and prior marketing experience are a bonus)
